Privacy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Growthwright LLC (“Growthwright,” “we”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit growthwright.co (the “Site”), contact us, or book a call with us. Growthwright LLC is a Colorado limited liability company.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you email us, book a call or become a client, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, work email address, company, role, and details about your website and project.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect limited technical information, such as pages viewed, the referring page, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. Our web server also keeps standard logs that include IP addresses for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies. We use a small number of first-party cookies for site analytics through Gauges, which helps us count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will still work.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to your inquiries and schedule calls;
  • provide, manage and improve our services for clients;
  • understand how the Site is used and improve it, including testing different versions of pages;
  • send service-related messages, such as booking confirmations and project updates;
  • protect the Site, our clients and Growthwright against fraud, abuse and security threats; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

  • Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, analytics (Gauges), scheduling (Cal.com), email and productivity tools (Google Workspace), accounting, invoicing and payment processing, and AI and software tools we use to deliver our services. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process or a government request, or is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Growthwright, our clients or others.
  • Business transfers, if Growthwright is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case information may transfer as part of that transaction.

Client data

When we build, host or manage a website or system for a client, we may process information about that client’s own customers and users. We handle that information on the client’s behalf and under the terms of our written agreement with that client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly with privacy questions.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Analytics data is kept in summary form.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you non-essential messages. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law, such as the Colorado Privacy Act. To make a request, email matt@growthwright.co. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first.

Your browser may send a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, there is nothing further to opt out of, but we honor these signals where the law requires.

Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as Cal.com for scheduling. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
